Our goal is to deliver the jewellery to our customers within 5-7 working days. Please note that the delivery time can vary depending on the amount of orders being expedited and other conditions that Giorgi & Hein cannot help. Once the jewellery is left for delivery, a delivery confirmation will be sent by email with tracking information.
T R A C K I N G
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from PostNord. Please click the link in the email to track your shipment or simply enter the tracking number on the courier’s homepage.
T R A N S P O R T
Giorgi & Hein sends all packages with PostNord MyPack Collect. In case of damaged and lost items during transportation to the customer, Giorgi & Hein is liable of incurring costs. Please note that damaged or lost items must be notified to the customer service within a reasonable time (within 1 week). If the item is damaged or lost during the return shipping, you are liable of incurring costs.
N O N – C O L L E C T E D P A C K A G E S
For all non-collected packages, a 150 DKK fee will be debited. The fee corresponds the costs of service fees, return shipping and handling. In case you regret an order and the package has already been sent from us, you must collect the package from the delivery point and send it back to us.
C O L L E C T I N S T O R E
You can choose to collect your online purchase in our store at Store Kongensgade 32, 1264 Copenhagen K. Simply choose ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout when placing your order online. Your items will be ready to collect the next business day. If your order is delayed, we will contact you.

Webshop orders are shipped within EU only. However, we can accommodate orders to other countries as well. Please drop us an e-mail. email@example.com.
I N S U R I N G
Your parcel is insured against theft and accidental damage on its way from our store to your delivery address. When you pick up your delivery, the responsibility for your purchased items passes to you.
D E F E C T I V E P R O D U C T S
If you receive defective product, please notify Giorgi & Hein immediately with close-up pictures, and we’ll handle it as soon as possible. This also implies to transport damages. Giorgi & Hein follows the rules of consumer law.

R E T U R N P O L I C Y
You can return any jewellery purchased online within 14 days after you have received your order. For the return to be accepted the returned jewellery must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and with all tags still attached. Please contact the customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for returns by using the attached return forms.
For credit card payments, the money will be refunded to your credit card through Dibs Checkout and PayPal. In case we have sent you an incorrect or defective item, we will of course be liable of return shipping fees. We adjust the return amount as soon as we have received the returned item. Giorgi & Hein does not apply exchange orders online, new items are ordered on www.giorgihein.com.

We offer a full refund of any jewellery within 14 days after being received. Please note we offer exchange only in our store, within 14 days after the jewellery being received. Please complete the return-form you received with your parcel and enclose it when you return the item to us.
Follow these steps when returning and replacing an order:
- Fill in the return form included in your delivery.
- Please make sure the jewellery is packed securely and in its original jewellery box or pouch.

You are welcome to exchange your jewellery in our store in Copenhagen within 14 days after receiving them. Please remember to bring your jewellery with the receipt.
At the moment we do not accommodate free returns. We highly recommend to send your parcel traceable, to ensure that the items reach us safely.
W A R R A N T Y & C O M P E N S A T I O N
Your items are covered by the EU-warranty-law, meaning two years from the date of purchase. We will repair the faulty item free of charge or exchange it.
To claim compensation, please send an email to email@example.com including some close-ups of the damaged jewellery along with your order number, receipt or bank transcript, and we will handle the issue as soon as possible. If you have the chance to come by our shop, we’ll be happy to help you directly.
R E F U N D
Once we have received your items, your refund will be processed within 1-4 business days. As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive a notification by email. Depending on your bank, the money will usually be in your account within 1-5 business days.
