How do I cancel or change an order?
To cancel or change an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at email@example.com or on +45 33 13 63 03. Once you have placed your order, it will usually be processed the following business day.
The item I have received is defective. What do I do?
Please accept our sincere apologies.
Please send an email within 14 days to firstname.lastname@example.org including some close-ups of the damaged jewellery along with your order number and receipt, and we will handle the issue as soon as possible.
Please note that we are unable to offer free repair of any damage due to wear and tear.
How do I know that my order is received?
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as we have received your order.
Is it possible to gift wrap my order?
All jewellery are delivered in a soft jewellery pouch.
